What is the science of calm?
We focus on more than just massage. We play music in specific frequencies that promotes healing and recovery. We use heat to loosen muscle fibers to allow for a deeper massage without pain. Heat also aids in joint pain. Our massage sessions start at 75 minutes to ensure our clients receive our best without rushing. Hot Himalayan salt stones are always available at no extra charge because we understand the importance of warmth and the trace minerals left on the skin that help purify and draw out toxins.
We offer salt therapy in our halo lounge where the negative ions dry out excess mucus and skin irritants. Our Infrared sauna offers dry heat to aid in circulation and joint issues while our steam cocoon offers moist heat to penetrate deep into muscle fibers relaxing them . This is all available so you can find the therapy routine that works best for you!

RELAXology is located on route 111 in North Salem NH. at the crossing of Ermer Road.
15 ERMER ROAD.
- Inside the North Salem Village Building
- Once you are inside the Center Entrance, proceed upstairs.
- We are in Unit 210 which is to the right. It is the first door on left.
- The door is unlocked and you are welcome to walk directly into the waiting area.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE:
The entrance to the right on the center entrance has a lift elevator and leads to the hallway we are located in - 210 will be to the left, last door on the right before the staircase.
